Since my reseller account I currently have doesn't allow me to have adult content, I am looking for a webhost that does allow me. I don't need gigs of space. What i need: 150mb webspace, 10gb bandwidth. I must be able to update the ammount of bandwidth if my sites traffic would increase.

From what i have heard, you don't need a paypal account to send money to someone with a paypal account
