Damn, I've had 2 servers there for about a year or so, a couple minutes downtime in that time. Tech support has been a little slow at times but always stayed in touch and got everything going eventually, sorry to hear about this...

I can second this. Techie media is insane in their level of support. I sent the tech guy a gift certificate to Amazon to say thanks. He said "all host do this stuff." He has no clue how bad Candid is.
