I think he's right standing up for a fellow soldier in arms. I don't agree with their politics and I would have preferred to see them shot on the battlefield but Taliban soldiers were part of the afgan army and they should be treated as such. The rest of those motherfuckers should be strung up, cut 10,000 times with a razor blade and have rubbing alcohol poured on them under the blazing sun in the afgan desert for months.

Before you go calling me a pussy as well for agreeing with Powell on this you should think about the way you would want your American boys/girls treated if they were ever captured by another countries military. Well 99 times out of a 100 the other military wouldn't give a fuck about the Geneva convention that 1 time would be well worth putting these scumbags under it's protection.
