Now this is SiCKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK!!!! Freakin Awesome

another reason brasil is the best country in the world as far as architecture goes.

you aren't getting this in california for 300k!

Apartments rotate 360 degrees in Suite Vollard, Brazil

hotness!

http://www.realestategates.com/News/...4748899. html

Each unit spins individually, taking about an hour to complete the 360-degree turn. The idea was to have the TV. Positioned strategically for the entire apartment use, the owner could choose to watch TV in his bedroom, the living room or the office, same with the fireplace and so on.

The building contains 11 floors, with a 300m2 total area per unit; the apartments enhance a loft environment due to its lack of walls. Only on the external area of the capsule, there is a diverse environment. This environment contains a barbeque grill, bathroom, and storage room. All these contain walls.

saw it in wired magazine

another reason for me to want to go back to brasil, great.

yeah, pretty cool huh? Each unit has their own controls to be able to choose their speeds and direction. I'd love that!

pretty cool

i was in a hi rise resteraunt/ lounge in NYC that rotated, the center part was the serving area and salad & desert bars, etc etc

you'd go get a salad, come back and someone else would be in your seat :-(
