Each unit spins individually, taking about an hour to complete the 360-degree turn. The idea was to have the TV. Positioned strategically for the entire apartment use, the owner could choose to watch TV in his bedroom, the living room or the office, same with the fireplace and so on.

The building contains 11 floors, with a 300m2 total area per unit; the apartments enhance a loft environment due to its lack of walls. Only on the external area of the capsule, there is a diverse environment. This environment contains a barbeque grill, bathroom, and storage room. All these contain walls.

saw it in wired magazine

another reason for me to want to go back to brasil, great.

The Chateau LaCombe (spelling) in downtown Edmonton has done that for over 20 years.
