Brad, this is my response since my name yet again has been brought up as an attempt to make your "case" stronger. For your accusations that I have tried to sell your "data" just makes me laugh. Oddly enough when I made it to the gfy threads (not knowing what was going on but was notified because my icq list went crazy) I was completely unaware of what fris whom is my brother did.

I have not once said what he did was bad nor good and kept right out of it. Yet you continue to drag my name into it almost as some sort of leverage. I even offered my address and contact information if your lawyers need to get in touch with me. I am very well aware of the laws and what you are insinuating can not be further from the truth.

Brad I know what I do and I know whom I talk to and not once has your name been brought up aside from someone in Toronto asking me wtf was going on with the gfy thread.

The only time I have gotten involved with you in regards to this matter was when an image of an underaged girl was posted on your board (my sister) to try and get my attention. That issue was resolved and among your staff members (shok more or less) we had a good chat and both agreed that this situation is pure bullshit and I apologized on my behalf out of professional courtesy for any problems that a family member may have created.
Fris is my brother and family is family and I will stand by his side.. but don't think that means I agree with what he does or support it. But that as far as involved as I am on this matter.
