What are the best places to live in the winter months?

Trying to find the best place to live during the months of October, November, and December.

Things to put into consideration:

1. Weather
2. Scenery
3. Events/Activities

Whatcha think?

"What are the best months to live in the winter months?"
I'd say living all the months in the winter months are the best ;)

I like living where I am during the winter, but it would probably bore you to tears!

Miami.

1. Weather is great, still nice and warm, but not as hot as summer
2. Scenery? It's a tropical paradise for god's sake!
3. Events include: The columbus day regatta (8,000+ boats and 30,000 people partying like it's Madi Gras) Fantasy fest in the Keys ...and all the fun stuff in south beach, fort lauderdale, etc....

What's the bug situation down there? I don't mind crawly bugs, I don't like flying bugs (esp. the biting ones like mosquitos).
