I'd say living all the months in the winter months are the best ;)

I like living where I am during the winter, but it would probably bore you to tears!

Costa Rica I cant wait to get back there! we just got home from our honeymoon

and I think we are going to start planning our next trip very shortly

Miami.

1. Weather is great, still nice and warm, but not as hot as summer
2. Scenery? It's a tropical paradise for god's sake!
3. Events include: The columbus day regatta (8,000+ boats and 30,000 people partying like it's Madi Gras) Fantasy fest in the Keys ...and all the fun stuff in south beach, fort lauderdale, etc....

What's the bug situation down there? I don't mind crawly bugs, I don't like flying bugs (esp. the biting ones like mosquitos).

I would like to try a place with an actual winter...but not a winter where i'll freeze to death
