Surfer Problem - Anyone Else?
I keep getting email after email with the same basic question, members trying to play movies (stream them) instead of downloading them. Most basically say that the smaller once worked but the 200MB's just didn't seem to work (oh boy).
I quickly added this to my FAQ's, but people don't read that so I've also added advice boxes around the movie area of my members area explaining stuff like that. BUT the email just keeps coming in...  Is this a common problem for the rest of you? |
