Ok, so I have my TightFetish.com which is doing pretty well. I just bought a boat load of new exclusive content to be added (including movies!!). The site is making a decent amount of money and it keeps growing each month which is great considering I've only had about 15 promo galleries. In about a month or two the site will have 30 hosted galleries to promote the site and I will be able to begin buying monthly spots on some of the big TGP's. I expect the signups to double at least by then.

So anyway, I'd really like to try my hand at some amatuer model sites like Divinity18, KatieFey etc. They seem to do pretty well. Would some of you mind answering a few questions for me?

#1. What sort of contract is used for the models?

#2. Is it common to pay models a percentage of the sites income if you don't have a large sum of money to pay for models up front?
If so, what percentage is fair?

#3. Where do many of you find your models? Walking through a mall? From the internet?

#4. What sort of problems do you run into when dealing with models when developing sites for them?

#5. Might you have any tips on how to do things right to save me from costly mistakes?

I know some of you will want to flame me or make jokes because I'm asking questions, but please keep in mind I'm asking you because I already know that you know more than I do. I'm just hoping some of you will share your expertise.
