I know the owners of this board I used to advertised there - anyway russian guys are good working people for me - never had any single problem with russians and I am pretty far from telling the same about US - Lot of scam webmasters from US and none from Russian.

according to me 30-40% isn't a bad number, make a program announcment on GFY and see the webmasters signing up, lots will only signup to take a look or to start sending you traffic later. Few will push you hard and start making you money and few will send a few hits making the occasional signup.

You are doing pretty good I think, but it also despends on what your topaffiliates are doing ofcourse, 30-40% all sending only a few hits daily won't take you anywhere but you know that allready ;)))

even with your 1k affilates you proably do most joins inhouse?

I'd like to ask a different question: How many BW do you burn? How many hits do you get daily to your paysite?

not really, most of my sales are from affiliates, my gallery or other spots and some SE placements are only a nice bonus :)
