visa and master card dosent want to proccess rev for the perverts(especialy like CDSMITH OR HIS MOTHER) any more . our current great minds in washington want things like family values , etc... the new ibill owners have a solution. so when the other processors get shut down the new ibill will be ready and waiting to offer the best customer service and rates.if you are owed money contact ibill.
