there are for sure many sites for that, but if I was you, I would do it personally, its worth the few bucks spent on the flight and hotel

Things don't work that way my friend.

Lawyers and specialized people will do it quick and they will provide the neccecary things you can't i.e. office adress, shareholders, directors etc.

If you want to have an offshore company you want it fast, anonymous, cost effective and without much hassles.

Try to do that in a country yourself, it just doesn't work that way.

I did, it was a 10 minutes job and I got all documents 1 week later.

one man company(not sure how its called elsewhere), Slovakia, but the government over here supports companies heavily atm, so everything happens fast without all the bureaucracy shit. So no matter what kind of company I would need, I can have it fast, if I meet all requirements. And so can people who dont live here.

I see, we're talking about different things.

Those offshore companies aren't one man companies and are setup bulletproof in tax exempt zones, with directors and shareholders which makes it possible for you to stay anonymous and to protect assets. It takes a lawyer to do that and also there are usually requirements you can't usually personally fulfil either to get an associated bank account or just for incorporation.

I didnt think bigdog is asking for an offshore company, just a regular EU company(not anonymous) to bill with EU processors

Since you are going through the bother of setting up an EU corp you may as well get an EU merchant account to go along with it and save yourself tons of money on processing.

So bigdog, what will you do when you go through all the trouble to get your nice clean offshore company established and you want to have VISA procession for your sites?

And VISA says... "Oh, you live in (blank). Please send us proof of residency. This proof can be tax returns in the country you are claiming as the residence for your business, driver's license, passport insertion for legal residence.

Then what do you do?

Because as Vanessa knows, that is exacptly what happens.

I had to show my German tax return, not my US. And my drivers license is German, and I think I sent in my German electric bill.
