VOIP ...Who is the best company in your opinion?
With an ever-growing list of clientel outside of the Seattle area...and outside of the United States.....We're looking to invest in VOip here at the office. We're looking for one that would give us a good value for domestic and international phone calls.
Anyone have any suggestions for who the best providers are? |

I'm using Comcast's new VoIP service. I've had it since I moved about a month ago and it works fine.

If you have the money, Cisco's VoIP solution rocks.
The large telcos are already handling a lot of their "long haul" voice over VoIP. By doing that, they don't have to pay tariffs to the Govt. like they do with traditional voice lines. I mention this because for the end user, it means easier access to VpIP technology and more provider choices. VoIP requires a gateway at the LEC, for both origination and destination of a VoIP call from a regular phone. Call some phone companies and see what they offer before you make a choice... |

I have Vonage and OC3Networks (of course) there are a lot of good solutions, I have had vonage for 2 years now and its great. My 2 offices have our own custom solution. every feature i can ask for is offered, I will say the quality can be shaky, which is due to network congestion (my home office is served by time warner internet) but for 2 services with unlimited minutes I pay 65 dollars (which includes my internet). I highly recommend it. If you are in Cali, hit me up we can do a nice package for you with features far advanced of the local telco.
