I Call On kb to Permanently/Immediately Leave this Industry!
This is the same posting to an Earlier kb Thread today--
See My Copy/Paste from His Previous Bellowings -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Herewith invoking my First Amendment right to a personal opinion: Yawn! Below the next two paragraphs is a copy/paste from my one and only response to Mr Blatt's nonsense/postings of last week, a response he read and commented upon days ago, yet still is in "attack" mode. Please especially note the last sentence of paragraph 3 -- no one from AVN has been in contact me in any way or at any time about this matter. Also, concerning the last sentence of paragraph 4 below, I understand that the amount involved in the conspiracy to blackmail/extort that married Industry guy was $4,400. The adult actress got that guy's phone number from me BEFORE she became Mr Blatt's "girlfriend". By postings to sites and verbally to Gene Ross, I was described as paying the girls only $150 per BJ scene--that's absolutely inaccurate; as my cancelled checks show, the girls earned $200 for 14-15 minutes of bj footage and 36 still photos; and, it went to $300 if they wanted to add two 3-minute sexual positions. 15 minutes of footage at $200, or 21 minutes at $300 seems to compare favorably (pay-wise) with usual Industry talent pay rates for 45-60 minutes of boy-girl footage. The girls are paid by a check, which I immediately cash for them on-the-spot. As for claims of me pursuing Mr Blatt's client, when I was initally asked to see if I could arrange for a phone conversation between an Internet individual and D----- H-- about revitalizing his web site, neither I nor that person had any idea that he was at that time a client of Mr Blatt's (it wasn't until I saw Mr Blatt recently selling $2,500 web site banners for him that we realized it). Incidentally, my email to D----- H-- talked about the possibility of $100,000 per YEAR, not per month as Mr Blatt has erroneously alleged and been posting---copies of that email are available. Concerning paragraph 5 below, I sense that Mr Blatt might possibly be negatively affecting my role as a guy sticking my neck out as a plaintiff against DOJ, thus possibly negatively affecting everyone reading his drama nonsense; one of the FSC attorneys solicited me to be a plaintiff--I did not seek or volunteer for it, but rather I agreed to do it because it was THE right thing to do; to insure that I have not become a 2257 detriment to YOU readers of this thread, the FSC, and the Adult film and Adult Internet arenas because of Mr Blatt's postings, I plan to consult soon with that FSC attorney and see if it would be in the best interests of the FSC action on 2257 for me to take myself out of the pending FSC action. If DOJ is indeed keeping an eye on this board (or related recent Mr Blatt postings on JBM, or his drama stories reported on Gene Ross's site or Luke Ford's site), Mr Blatt's behavior's might have made me useless in assisting in the FSC 2257 matter. IMHO, Mr Blatt's "drama" might possibly hurt ALL of us, our livelihoods, our families, our futures. He should sincerely apologize to ALL of us, and immediately and permanently leave this Industry--I call on him to do that NOW! Here's the "copy/paste" (IF I did it right---I'm not overly computer literate!) Seems to me this court martial of Dave is getting alot collateral damage to some very unwilling participants. BTW, anyone have a contact number for riverstyx. I'd like to get that stats program they have and I'm having a hard time getting a hold of that team! In my First Amendment Protected personal opinion: 1. Yawn! 2. Perhaps someone needs to grow up, and stop childishly being delusional about his own self-importance, and burdening us with his constant drama? 3. Dennis Hof is a friend. My email was intended to alert him that his "seller-of-banners-for www.bunnyranch.com" might possibly make it difficult for future interaction/advertising/etc with AVN, as previously, if it possibly appeared/connoted that being a kb client meant any hint of agreement with what appeared to be kb's subjective/personal/family-related recent posting about a former AVN employee. The email was sent because of my friendship and loyalty to Mr Hof. AVN had nothing whatsoever to do with me alerting Dennis. 4. Holli Miles once asked my help finding bookings so that she could earn money for late car payments (or car accident repairs, I can't recall which) and other expenses. She preferred not to have to drive to LA for porn shoots. I gave her the contact info for a respected local married guy who had told me that he was thinking about starting some video productions and might need adult models, and I referred her for some work on Playboy Television. It wasn't "pimping" per se as I know it -- I was merely trying to be helpful to her (doesn't pimping normally mean the pimp earns money off of the girl? I did NOT earn any money!). She eventually was booked on Playboy's "Night Calls":-)! I also heard some comments indicating something about Holli needing more money and attempting to extort a sizeable amount of cash off of the married guy, lest another person involved in the conspiracy would "rat" to his wife about the sessions with Holli---I can't recall the specifics, but I believe Holli and whoever was leaning on her in the extortion conspiracy eventually dropped the money demands. 5. Girls in the Adult Industry often relocate. Every January when I send out the 1099's for talent earning $600 or more during the previous taxable year, some are returned with a USPS stamp indicating the person is no longer at that location and no forwarding address was available. I keep those still-sealed envelopes containing the individual's 1099 with my Tax records to indicate that I sent the 1099 in good faith to the address on the Model Release form. I think I left an answering machine message asking Holli to give me her new address, or tell me to send her 1099 to her past address and let the USPS forward it to her--it was her call, but I recall counseling that she still had the tax liability if she had me use the last model release address and it came back to me as undeliverable. I did indeed send out Holli's 1099 to the address on her last model release--I can't recall, but I think it came back undeliverable. 6. If this board is indeed monitored by DOJ or others, the initiator of this thread could possibly be gravely, recklessly, and negatively damaging the fight against 2257 and in turn against MANY of the members of this board, not just me, by his rantings??????? Might not this thread be selfishly promotional, while hurting the American Adult Internet Industry? Perhaps it's time for all postings to this and related threads to cease???? 7. Other than paragraph 8 below, I will NOT post additional comments to this thread. 8. Yawn! |
