I don't know how medically accurate this is, but I thought it was cute and wanted to share:

I don't know how many times over the past 20+ years that I've heard a woman say she feels "too sick" to do it. I would have to be in full body traction before I'd let a few aches or flu bugs to keep me from doing it.
