What are the must have plugins.

Have not used wordpress before, so I would like to cut a little bit of time by asking.

Jerome's Keywords and the Image Uploader are two that I always install right off.

What image uploader are you using?

I see a few listed on the plug in site, but nothing just called "Image Uploader."

Couple good ones. Those are the only two I use really...I use a stats one sometimes but it's not really anything impressive.

What about a good place to find themes??? I want something in balck, that I can then modify. Just to save some time.
