Actually I would have taken the software and paid the balance happily.
I would have asked nicely but there was nobody to ask, they all disappeared, so I had to ask paypal for the refund, and I did ask them nicely :winkwink:

There's a lot of stupid people on this board.. But after everything that's been posted in this thread.. This has GOT to be the stupidest thing I've read in a long time. Let's see if there's a brain inside that skull of yours and you can comprehend what's been said.

A. GenX Law contracted Mxdevelopment to create some exclusive software that would be compliant based on the proposed regulations from a year ago.

B. When the new regs were unveiled they went to Mxdevelopment to have them change the software to be compliant.

C. Somewhere along the way Mxdevelopment has been selling this software behind their back to other people. THEY are the ones "pirating" and selling what you think is non-compliant software. But since we don't really know what's been sold (or hasn't), you can't really claim anything. All you can do is post useless crap with no facts.

D. GenX never sold any software. And since they contracted Mxdevelopment to write the software for them (and only them), they haven't pirated anything either.

For the record, no one has come our way by any other means than our OWN effort.

We are scammers right? Whatever I think the point has been made they we have not sold software, and we get screwed. How nice of you to try to bash us. All I can say is I hope it never happens you and and I wish you the best of luck. If you would like to continue and continue to name call with the evidence in your face. Then have fun, I am done.

I am embarrassed to say, but my software developer @ mxdevelopment has been MIA since last week.
He emailed me thursday of last week and told me that he was working overtime, hiring more employees to work on the release of the software for today. He promised, and was excited that we would be ready for release today with an excellent product.
However, it is 12 pm PT and I have heard nothing.

I do not want to keep you waiting for the software, especially because time is of the essence in regard to you inputting your records.

I still promise that I will let you know as soon as I hear something, however, at this point I would advise you to purchase software from another company.

I have never in my life tried to sell a script. I hired programmers to customize a script for my own personal use.

Also for the record, Gen X law never sold a copy of the script either. So where the hell do you get off bashing people for selling a script, when they've never sold a script?

I'm luckier than you. I just got a $45 payment the other day from Herb Kornfield/MX Development. It's been almost exactly a year since I sent them $1250 and I have yet to get all my money back.
