for me, swallowing usually helps to change the pressure instanly... yeah that sounds gay, but you know what i mean. dont take that out of context, losers.

an oatmeal facial does wonders for decompressing the ears. it sucks the air throudh the pores on your face, thus relieving the pressure. make sure the oatmeal isn't too hot when you put it on your face.
