Question: Is it possible, on a UNIX SERVER to make a domain CASE-INSENSITIVE?
meaning, that for example http://www.domain.com/Folder/file.html
will be the same as http://www.domain.com/folder/file.html and the sam as http://www.domain.com/folder/File.html ? if so, how do I do that?

you could use mod_rewrite and rewrite everything to lowercase and have all the filenames lowercase
