Lite beer and cigarettes

I've always been in fairly good shape with soccer and weight lifting, but about 3 months back I started the beach workout at mensfitness.com as well as keeping up with cardio and it's madea HUG difference...

I eat fast food, chips, drink coke, smoke herbs (+ munchies) ... :winkwink:
I stay in front of my cpu all day long :helpme sex is my only exercise :thumbsup -------------- 6' 140lbs -------------- :) !?! WtF !?! :upsidedow |

So when I turn the Big 3-0 in September, I can expect my body to go to hell if I don't start doing something.
I thought lifting Redbull cans was excellent exercise. |
