Setting up a paysite
What are the steps in setting up a paysite to process with paycom or ccbill?
I am not in USA, and I don't want to register a company in USA. also, how much money should i invest for the set up ? I already have hosting and content... Thanks. |

Setup a company in EU, if you are not located here already. It has better laws and lower taxes in most counties.

why not contact ccbilleu and see if they process for your country? paycom has eu coming, but as far as i know, it isn't available yet.
get a good tour, member area, and join page made. hook up processing. you might consider a cms since doing updates by hand is a waste of time.
