Setting up a paysite

i would seriously reconsider your decision... i would for sure incorporate in the states and go with paycom or ccbill.....

Setup a company in EU, if you are not located here already. It has better laws and lower taxes in most counties.

why not contact ccbilleu and see if they process for your country? paycom has eu coming, but as far as i know, it isn't available yet.

get a good tour, member area, and join page made.
hook up processing.

you might consider a cms since doing updates by hand is a waste of time.

well until epocheu comes out, he can't bill with epoch

unless he does what i did, and uses an incorporation company to form an LLC for him
