Webcam Sponsor payouts.
Can you all clarify something for me?
At what point do you make a sale on the majority of webcam sponsors? I thought that with ClickCash you make a sale if the surfer gives his credit card and doens't have to spend a dime. But someone just told me otherwise. They said the surfer has to pay around $7 or $8 bucks. When I signed up to ifriends to get content it was a $1 dollar cost, but I don't remember it saying it was gonna charge you. And then I got charged $6 or $8 dollars for this VIP status that I never even signed up for either. Billing told me that I didn't uncheck it when I signed up. I honestly never remember seeing it though. So this would mean that the surfer does have to pay same as, say, Cams.com/LegendaryLars (which gives the Webmaster a sign-up after they surfer pays $8.95) to make a sale. Do you know how most of the rest of the cam sponsors operate? They similar to the Cams.com $8.95 minimum? IMLive, LiveJasmin, etc? - Walrus |

Walrus,
We have always believed in giving the surfer a real experience of our site, so when we say 'join now for free' it's really free ie. no credit card required until the surfer's happy with our site and *wants* to upgrade. For our affiliates we give away $0.25 for each free join so your making $'s immediately and then we do our job to provide a great site that people want to upgrade to. Also because of this base philosophy, as an affiliate if you choose the RevShare model you are assured of really long retention times because this is a buy the surfer *wants* to make and usually sticks around for 3 - 6 + months! |

Cool, I'll check you guys out Synapse. That .25 cents a free sign-up sounds very appealing.
