The girls paid 9$ each that's 27$ +the 2$ the janitor kept make it 29$.

Where is the missing 1$?

The janitor's $2 should be added to the manager's $25 or subtracted from the girls' $27, not added to the girls' $27.

hmmm...good one. I know King Tut lived to be 19. So Eros has to be 81 for their ages to combine to 100. If he died in 40 B.C. after living to 81 then it would be 121 B.C when he was born. So King Tut was born in 240 or 241 B.C. give or take.

There was a span of 120 years between King Eros' death and King Tut's birth. However, since their combined ages equalled 100, there was a span of 20 years where neither one of them were alive. That span of 20 years was 40 B.C. (when King Eros died) and 20 B.C. (when King Tut was born).

hmm interesting puzzle, we can give any combination for the age of the two kings to add upto 100 and we still end up with 20 BC as the birth date. Dont understand the explanation though..
