Since we are not based in the US, we do not face searches for 2257 records. We are an Australian company, our servers & domains are owned by our Australian company. We will claim ownership of all pages uploaded to our servers, thereby anyone asking who owns or operates the websites on our free hosting will be told they are owned & operated by us.

We are offering to provide a free domain to anyone who wants to use it for free sites, galleries, seo pages etc along with our free hosting. Or move your own domain to us (under contract where by you can take the domain ownership back at anytime).

Nobody will ever know the person who uploads galleries/pages to our free hosting/free domains.. Only us and we are not in the USA. This keeps US affiliates perfectly safe from any issues with 2257.
