not much to say here. i mean how would he have access to her gfy account? or if the gfy account was him, then wouldn't the icq account created based off the gfy feedback be him also?
so who is him and who is her, the icq or gfy?

yep and another reason that i hate to jump on promoting a site that the girl doesn't own or run, unless it's part of a bigger program

Can an admin work on getting that account back to her?
At least ban it to keep the hijacker off until she can get it back somehow.

Some Cautionary Tales (All True)
The only thing I know about this situation is what is posted in this thread, and the linked to thread as of this hour.
As one who has run solo model sites, I would recommend that people not jump to conclusions and hear from both sides instead of rushing to judgement on a partial set of facts (although recent threads suggest that this is unlikely to happen). The easy thing to do is to always take the model's side (especially for people who are not content producers). Some cautionary tales (all true): My first site was a solo model site. Before we started, the featured model commited to being very involved with the site. She said she would do regular chats, video feeds, learn how to operate the site (so she could help), etc. None of that happened. When I hired her she didn't even know how to turn on a computer. I paid her 50% of all gross sales (while I paid for all of the overhead - hosting, advertising, outfits, location fees, transportation, show fees, equipment, other models, etc), plus I paid her to model per project from my share. While she never learned to use a computer (although I offered to teach her numerous times), and basically did less than 10 hours a month of work on behalf of the site, which mostly consisted of being paid to model and being paid to make live appearances at various events, I spent 40+ hours a week (in addition to operating a mainstream business) creating and marketing the site. Whatever money I had leftover after paying her and covering the overhead went right back into the site. In talking to others in the industry (comparing stats, Memberships numbers, etc) the site was doing pretty well, and grew practically every single month - yet that was never good enough for the model who constantly had fans/competitors blowing smoke up her ass that if she quit working for me and came to work for them she could make more, even though they had no proven history of results better than what I was producing. Over time, things became increasingly difficult. The model would frequently be late or never show up at all for photo sessions, although I still had to pay for the other talent, make-up artists, other camera people, locations, etc. After awhile, months would go by without any returned calls or explanation for her sudden disappearances. When she did come back, she demanded advances on pay and other considerations. The final breaking point came when first she asked me to take pictures of an underage person - which I flatly refused to do (I later figured out that she was probably doing this either to blackmail me or set me up for an arrest), and then she begged me to rent a car for her, since she didn't have a credit card and her car was in the shop. I made her promise to return the car within a week, which she agreed to do. It took me about three months to track her and the car down. By that time I was out several thousand dollars, and was being threatened with grand theft by the car rental company (since my name was on the contract, and even though I had continued making payments while searching for the car). For another model I paid $5,000 for a boob job, even though I had advised her against it. That money was to be applied to her earnings from a solo site she agreed to do with me (again for 50% of the gross, plus pay for modeling and expenses). Within months of getting the boob job she bailed and the site was never launched (I lost close to 10K on that deal). I helped pay for braces for another model, paid her enough to buy a new car and pay for college, yet she also bailed on a solo model site deal because her boyfriend was jealous (even though I never so much as gave her a hug in two years of working with her - plus her bf attended almost every one of her photo sessions with me). On the other side, there are TFP scam artist photographers who don't pay models, guys who register domains for models only to scam them out of their own name, or pay far less than I ever did (in most instances I have heard of the model either receiving a flat fee for modeling or else they got a percentage of the site - typically 50% net, not gross - and I never heard of others that paid both 50% of gross plus a fee for all modeling/appearances as I did). I finally gave up on solo model sites. My main adult business now is my multi-model site. I have some spokesmodels who get paid extra for representing for the site, but for the most part I strictly contract models and performers to work on a per project basis. Under this system, I make a lot more money with a lot less headaches. I have a lot of empathy for models. My business couldn't succeed without them. Fortunately, probably 98% of my experiences with models have been good - maybe over 99% since I stopped doing solo model sites. I know for certain there are people who I consider to be shady operators out there who tell models they will build them a solo site, however they register and own the domain themselves, and after they have shot a sufficient amount of content with the model (which they paid the model for on a per project basis), they then cut the model off and launch the site and reap all of the earnings from the site (which is usually substantially more than the model was paid simply for modeling). They then seek out additional models to rip-off and then create a network of sites that are in my opinion ultimately rip-offs for both the models and the Members. I'm not sure how this Kayla Cruz situation will play out. All I am offering is some cautionary tales and the simple advice to not be too quick to jump to one side or the other until enough facts are in to make such a judgement. This sort of contoversy and drama is sometimes a side-effect of this business we are in. I can say that my life is a lot more peaceful and my earnings are substantially higher as a result of what I have learned through my experiences. Thank you for your patience with this long thread.
