After about 9 months of waiting , First data paid me today for past due payment. Few thousands for me ... ! Just thought you all want to know that. Looks like they gonna pay everybody ! Dunno for EU side but at least they pay for US .

A person owes, they pay. It's not a big deal for a court order and asset seizure and it does not need a cartload of lawyers to discuss it at absurd cost.
