After about 9 months of waiting , First data paid me today for past due payment. Few thousands for me ... ! Just thought you all want to know that. Looks like they gonna pay everybody ! Dunno for EU side but at least they pay for US . :thumbsup

If you do win, you won't get anything.
It will probably end up costing you more to sue than you would get from winning the suit.

You mean to say this is the first time you have actually been paid by the scum? Sheesh.. I thought they paid, or were going to pay US accounts months back!

The EU side has already been paid out a while back, tho there are still some minor amounts owing where the assholes don't know, or choose not to know, the meaning of the word creditor.

If you have not been paid already - it is overdue time for any legal action.

Kinda agree with Mandy in that you have to be prepared to push an action to the hilt and for this to cost more than you were ever owed.

The laws in the US on this are totally fucked. A person owes, they pay. It's not a big deal for a court order and asset seizure and it does not need a cartload of lawyers to discuss it at absurd cost.
