Re-used sounds...fishy?
Anyone ever notice the number of times you hear little sounds on TV shows, movies, commercials etc that are identical to eachother?
For example, the little giggle sound used in AOL Instant Messenger for a LOL. I hear that sound EVERYWHERE. I just heard it again in the background of a US Army commercial. Or that "Roarrr" sound of the guy screaming. I hear that all over from Mountain Dew commercials, movies etc. Subliminal? Whats the purpose? Does everyone just pull sounds from a database to spice up their mediums or am I just crazy? Wait, don't answer that.
