Had no real intentions of quiting just to see if i could handle a few days without cigs after 7 years of 2 packs a day..

Pro's: energy.. the second day i havent felt as much alive in years.
Fucking awesome.

Cons: the constant craving. My intelligence decreased with 50% (in my world
that means an iq < 10 !!) and i got so fucking slow.. everything seems to go in slow motion.. very low response time.. like youre in some sort of dreamworld.. the world doesnt look and feel the same without my little burning friends.

I noticed during my non nicotine 48 hours that EVERYTHING i accomplish
i finish it with a cigarette.. work, sex, housework etc etc.. but it just fels
like you cant finish anything if you cant end it with a smoke.
Its just leaves you like sex without cumming..

You quitters ever experienced this?

What really makes me wonder: did i feel / experience things the same when i didnt smoke cigarettes/wasnt hooked on nicotine? Or are things (music, sex)
etc simply better because of nicotine?

I've quit twice in the last 5 years, once for 2 months, one for 14 days. I may very well give it a good shot again this year, maybe august.

It pains me, because I ENJOY smoking. But I know its bad for me.

I'm gonna order some smokeaway and see if it does the trick....talked to a few people about it and they said that the crazy amount of herbs and shit in this therapy really helps you stay calm and get rest....that was always the problem I had when trying to quit, I'm unable to think of ANYTHING else...I can't work, sleep or do shit....but breathing and tasting start coming back in just a few days...and jesus, all that energy you get, it made me want to have sex like 9 times a day, which is never a bad thing.

Fuck the haters. Smoke and do it often. We need more people like you to help support all of the various social and educational programs. If it was not for smokers we would end up paying even more tax.
