Well his lawyers worked real hard to get his statements thrown out. The judge agreed and tossed them out. That and the blood on his shirt says a lot. And it makes no difference how many guys she has had sex with.

At this point, it doesn't matter if he did it or not. The leaks, while they may or may not be admissable in a court of law, bring about reasonable doubt. Based on that, he should be acquitted.

So I would like to know how many of you logically think that a large basketball player with lots of money and fans, raped some small town chic who is reportidly a head case and a slut who then went out and banged some other guy after then reported she was raped.
