His high priced lawyers will get him off, but hes definitely guilty of being a fraud. He was continually passed off as mr babyface family man, and meanwhile hes ass banging every groupie in sight.

Well his lawyers worked real hard to get his statements thrown out. The judge agreed and tossed them out. That and the blood on his shirt says a lot. And it makes no difference how many guys she has had sex with.

At this point, it doesn't matter if he did it or not. The leaks, while they may or may not be admissable in a court of law, bring about reasonable doubt. Based on that, he should be acquitted.

As a female, its hard to discount the "rape" cry because of a woman's history. But this girl doesn't seem to have been very wise in her choices...strange mens hotel rooms (even if they are famous), several partners in a short time, party bragging, etc.

Even if he is guilty, I think that it would be too hard for a jury to convict "without a doubt".

Rape is a very violent act, sorry do not know ANY chic who would not be sore after being raped by a big ass basketball player. They all look about the same when you see them on TV but next to average people these guys are not only tall they are pretty built. If Kobe hammered this chic then the last thing she would wanna do is go have sex with someone the same day.

My very jaded friend brought to my attention that most really attractive girls never claim to be raped and that it is always some sub par chic who has some kinda attention problems who is raped and that these women seem to be raped repeatidly...... there is almost a profile to these rape cases now, so much that I have been told that you will be doubted a little.

So I would like to know how many of you logically think that a large basketball player with lots of money and fans, raped some small town chic who is reportidly a head case and a slut who then went out and banged some other guy after then reported she was raped. Guess Kobe is so good he made her forget she was raped for a while....
