I have visited Lagos in 98 - Nigeria is the richest country on black continent - lots of very powerfull people lives there.Some of them are pretty hard consolidating your US lifes everyday

You are see it clearly in the Philippines - and often in most smaller countries, partly because it's hard to hide it :-)

But smaller nations are no different to larger one's - they are simply mirror images of each other with larger nations having a bigger melting pot into which they manage to hide their corruption better.
