It is illegal to specify ethicity/race in an employment ad generally. Does the same apply for model positions? It doesn't make sense that it would. Modeling is superficial and models are chosen for a specific look. Therefore, it would make sense for you to be able to state that it your ad.

Do some networking, and dump them on someone else. I know I have gotten a lot of toads (not dealing with ethinicty, just ugly, or girls I would never use) and I refer them to other photographers less picky.
