LLC's in Florida? Any Issues?

MN wants to tax llc's before they get to the personal returns. so looking to move my llc's to FL as long term i would follow and my partners are there now. I know i will have to pay 1% of our capitol goods but we three desktops so its about $15/year. Any other downside

Generally speaking that doesn?t work. All states require you to register out of state business entities if you actually do business in their state. So you will be required to reregister your Florida LLC in MN, and then pay all the same taxes you would if you had just kept it in MN. The only real solution is to physically move to FL, set up your FL LLC and then you would only have to pay FL taxes.
