Can a tranny once has had full op file with the state and get a new birth certificate, drivers license and do a name change and all that to totally become a female on paper?

If so... how can you trace back to when she was a he?

I don't think that can be changed legally.

it depends from state to state, but at most they can usually get a new id but not a new birth cert. Also many states (such as NY) require them to run a legal notice in a paper that states what name they are changing from and the name they are changing to. So u can find the info, but its a real pain in the ass to do

do u know how hard it is to match an id that says "Miguel Gonzalez" and has photo of a dude with a dirty sanchez to some chick with 44dd breasts who now goes by the name "Claudia" or someshit?

no, when you change your name you don't get a new birth certificate.

it's like when a woman gets married and takes her husband's name - her drivers license and social security card change, but not her birth certificate.

I didn't know that - maybe in brazil it's not widely done cuz from the shemales on my husband's site, most still have their adam's apple (then again they also have functional cocks).
