it depends from state to state, but at most they can usually get a new id but not a new birth cert. Also many states (such as NY) require them to run a legal notice in a paper that states what name they are changing from and the name they are changing to. So u can find the info, but its a real pain in the ass to do

do u know how hard it is to match an id that says "Miguel Gonzalez" and has photo of a dude with a dirty sanchez to some chick with 44dd breasts who now goes by the name "Claudia" or someshit?
