I Need a Competent Programmer WITH! Communicative Skills!
 

I'm getting tired of these programmers that never tell you anything for two weeks straight, I actually just cancelled an order because of this. I do wish to continue with this project so I'm looking for a new programmer... I need someone skilled who will actually provide me with a realistic deadline and a good working solution.
