From the beginning of May, it offered its customers free software which warns them if their computer dials a premium rate or international number.
According to BT, 2,000 customers a day are downloading the software. oh well its a start

I am actually launching a UK dialer in a few months. however mine is fair with the billing and doesnt rip people off. Therefore I doubt any affiliates will push it!

Hell knows, but I must still be owed about $400K by scamming telcos - fat chance of payment now!!
