A lot of people were right on this board telling me not to get involved with filming a single girl site whether its softcore or hardcore if the woman has a boyfriend. Well you were right. The girlfriend dumped her boyfriend (my ex friend). Now Im sure most of you don't know about the story. This is just for the people who are following it if you care. I lost 6 to 8k but I wont sue her I'm just taking it as a loss. As for the boyfriend.. He is no longer my friend because I cut him out of my life for many reasons. The main reason was because he was the type of kid who came up to me asking "hey man can you teach me how to do get into porn" and being the gullible and easy going person I once was I said yes. That was wrong because you should never give anyone your hard earned secrets. That's another reason you don't see many business threads on this board Im assuming because no one wants to give you their secrets for free. As someone once told me its about "protecting your investments". So that's my story. I still have an exclusive hardcore site going live soon which will feature the girl in question because I have the model release on file for it and that's paid in full. I dont see a reason why I shouldnt use it. Im including a picture of how I probably lost out on hundred of thousands but as someone else said "there will always be next time" and I'm still young and there's plenty of time for me. At least that's what I tell myself. And if you've read this far thank you for your time. ibangteens.com is the site that will still go live and is exclusive. jamietyler.com is the site that will never make it live. i just read all that and sorry to hear about your fallout... its sucks.. been in that spot before... but if you don't mind me asking how did you lose 8-10grand? i didn't lose that much when i lost my first solo girl.... and no offence or anything... but you said you're missing out on hundreds of thousands... nah dude... not just by losing that girl....

also.. you shouldn't stay in the mindset of never wanting to help anyone else out with what you know... its good to teach people things... if it wasn't for those type of people i would have never been able to start myself... and now i'm forever greatful to those people that have helped me which in turn will make them a lot more money by helping me, then they invested in helping me..

anyways... best of luck to you with your future site and hopefully it does amazing for you..

how did he lose 8-10k? easy. even if you are your own photog it costs 10K to shoot a single girl site. girls don't work free, locations don't come free, food doesn't come free, time doesn't come free .............

Thank you for the kind comments everyone I really do appreciate it. I would like to followup now. I can do this in an easy swift paragraph So for Contentproducer and Sonofsam.. your questions are one in the same. The reason I lost 6 to 8k and the reason I cannot start the site or sell the content is basically the same question. They were both my friends actually so I fucked myself because I did not get model releases signed for each film and picture set that I shot. So now I only have the one model release as well as birth certificate and license copy on file for one hardcore scene that's going live on ibangteens.com. I did not consult an attorney about whether or not I can still use the content that I paid for. So I paid for the content which is about 12 to 15 scenes with 5 to 6 being hardcore and I can't use any of it because I dont have the model releases for each scene. I'll probably get flamed for being a dumbass and I accept full responsobility for being such a dumbass! I've yet to contact an attorney because I'm afraid his answer will be exactly what I know it will be "sorry even though you paid for the content youre an idiot for not getting the release signed each time so you screwed yourself". You need to understand this girl got mad at her boyfriend and dumped him and then basically ditched me. I had to ask around for her new cellphone number just so I could have closure with the matter. She said "I dont want to be involved anymore Im not doing it please dont call me". So I had to respect that and just leave her alone. Any other questions or comments about what I just said please let me know.

i've shot mine for WAY less then that, both of them actually were a lot less then 8-10k

and that was paying a photographer also...

the first site i didn't get to complete... but this one i am launching i've already done everything and have all the content + a years of updates + design... the whole nine yards for a LOT less then 8k

and yah, sorry to say but the content is useless without the model releases... but as for "respecting her and leaving her alone" .. you should ask her to come sit down with you and talk it out... explain the situation to her... say that even if you don't want to do the site... your content will still be on the net and people will STILL see it... now would you rather be paid a percentage of your solo sites proffits... or just have me use that 1 hardcore scene and/or sell it to a big program... either way it will still be used, now its up to you if you want to get a percentage of it or not... and explain to her that the more effort she puts into the site, that the more she can make.... give her an incentive to WANT to do the site... something i myself learned the hardway too.... i dunno... good luck with it man

Son thanks for the information. I've thought about doing that and tried to speak with her about having a meeting when I was on the phone with her. She has a new boyfriend now that Ive heard she was engaged to. I don't know if it's true. The problem is I can't find her. I only know where she works. I think it would be wrong of me to go into the arcade and try and speak with her. Now you've put this thought into my head again to think about. I'll try my hardest and I won't be sad if things fall through because I'll be expecting it. It's a very good point you brought up though and thanks again. there are ways you can do it and remain respectful.... obviously don't barge into her work and start blabbing about her porn site... just wait outside for her and ask her if she has a minute to talk

very important point : don't be waiting around the corner like a creep and scare the shit out of her when she is closing the store, lol, unless you want to be peppersprayed and kicked in the balls

if worse comes to worse tell her you'll give her 50 bucks to hear you out and go for a coffee or something

Then you're either lucky for finding people so cheap or you ended up getting crap. Every quote I've seen for single girl sites is around $15-20k, just for content. Hope you have some nice looking stuff.

Youre right its not something to think about I have to go do this. These things youre saying are not new to me. Even the point about giving her money to just hear me out. I will do this I understand completely and I agree with you. I'll get my information put together and I'll go do this. It will take me a week to get in contact so I dont "look like a creep" outside.

good luck man, just make sure you have your shit together for when you go talk to her so you know exactly what to say and exactly how to address any questions she brings up... stress to her that even if she doesn't decide to continue, her content of hers that you got the release for will still be all over the net. ask her if she would rather capitalize on the fact that a bunch of people she knows eventually will see the content, or does she not want anything out of it?
