So for Contentproducer and Sonofsam.. your questions are one in the same. The reason I lost 6 to 8k and the reason I cannot start the site or sell the content is basically the same question. They were both my friends actually so I fucked myself because I did not get model releases signed for each film and picture set that I shot. So now I only have the one model release as well as birth certificate and license copy on file for one hardcore scene that's going live on ibangteens.com. I did not consult an attorney about whether or not I can still use the content that I paid for. So I paid for the content which is about 12 to 15 scenes with 5 to 6 being hardcore and I can't use any of it because I dont have the model releases for each scene. I'll probably get flamed for being a dumbass and I accept full responsobility for being such a dumbass! I've yet to contact an attorney because I'm afraid his answer will be exactly what I know it will be "sorry even though you paid for the content youre an idiot for not getting the release signed each time so you screwed yourself". You need to understand this girl got mad at her boyfriend and dumped him and then basically ditched me. I had to ask around for her new cellphone number just so I could have closure with the matter. She said "I dont want to be involved anymore Im not doing it please dont call me". So I had to respect that and just leave her alone.
