You can play online with people from all over the world. The site that I play at has tourneys everynight, GM and IM matches...the whole nine yards.

me, about to make a move ....
my friend: are you sure you want to do that??
me: mmmm well now i'm not so sure anymore...

then I try to look why I shouldnt do it...usually can't find why...do it anyway...and get my ass beaten....

I used to play on Yahoo a lot..... "Weasel way" or "Hippo swamp" or some such room, I forget.

I once beat a guy on there in 4 moves, and he went off on me like I was a total shit-heel for beating him down like the filthy pig-dog that he was. Shit, I was just trying to see if he'd FALL for it. ha ha

Anyway, haven't played for a few years now. Should probably check it out again.
