I also got the same run around before when the decided to stop paying on my chathost refferals, though my clickcash account is still valid and I get money every so often via that.

But they were damn fast to return my calls when I inquired as to why I was sent a fed ex of documents in regards to the California Attorney General & labor department, that was marked private/confidential. Had plenty of spoon fed answers in case they labor board should contact us in regards to an ongoing investigation.

Sounds like a people thing :-) They behave that way, depending on the circumstances and their vested interests ....

California is attempting to proove that the chathosts are indeed employee's and not independant contractors and thus make ifriends liable for all back workers comp insurance that they have not paid. Since if you really understand the difference between independant contractors and employees and how ifriends really works you would see they violate several key things that would allow them to claim the chathosts are indeed independant contractors and always have been.

Nice one Jimmy!!

There is a saying... goes like this... ask a Russian about ripping shit off - he'll ask "How many copies you want?" As it gets further westward.. ask a European about ripping off product.. he'll ask.. "You think I can get away with it?" By the time it reaches US shores and ya ask about ripping, the first question is.. "Is it legal?"

You kinda proved that still stands :-)

We were running a large network of cam studios.
The main context of the memos and such was to explain to the state various answers to possible questions.
Like they did not say what you could and could not do, that they did not controll the content and the hosts did, and other bullshit which is not true.

The name of my site is TeamClickCash, not TeamTraffic. I help people make money with ClickCash. I do go over basics as far as traffic, but sorry if you join my site I am not going to tell you go buy an ad on Site "xxx" for $500 it will make you $1,000 back, etc... I don't do this for obvious reasons like, if i tell everyone then the traffic source will be worthless, and whats to stop you from telling me and using it for another company.

You guys can hate and all that shit all you want. Just because it dont tell you exactly where and how to advertise doesn't mean there isn't a lot of information on the site that can help you make more money. With my update i will be making very soon, the advertising tools i provide will rival many large affiliate companies. I also help you convert your traffic much better (remember the other post chad, that was some helpfull info you should use). I also provide general support.I have full time designer just for making promos for ClickCash, if any members need any design work. I have all the compliant models content listed shortly plus custom content from them just for the members to use. More stuff i am forgetting since I just woke up and saw this thread.

Seriously, can you do something yourself. The only thing you need to do is provide the traffic I take care of the rest.

i have no clue what you are talking about but when you say YOU ran the network of studios, it sounds like you would be the employer and have the problems of workmans comp. Did you really run the studio, let the girls work there, have the checks sent to the girl, and then hope they pay you your cut back? or did the check go to you and paid them? if you paid them, then it seems like it would be your problem anyway not ifriends. And how would this be any different for cams or any other cam site with chathost in California?

I just asked a question because a guy I know keeps pestering me to show him how to make money.

And for the record, you don't have to "tell" me where you get your traffic from. I've been pushing cams since 2001 and I've seen your stuff around. It's kind of hard to miss it wouldn't you say?

How do you suppose it is verified ?

You can believe it or not. I plan on being at the convention in Vegas with a booth, I can bring real checks if you like or should I just send you a check for verification and have you send it back to me. Don't know why anyone would think it is so hard to get 55 free signups a day with ClickCash. FREE SIGNUPS. 55 Free Signups gets you 1 million a year. And for those of you " if you spend 9 to mke 10$ " people my total expenses run 20 - 30%.

me ? if everything goes through with the secondary producer requirements then I will be removing all the nude ifriends content from TCC and any of the hosted sites i have. There is very little non nude content on the sites as is so it wont be hard. I will suggest to anyone that wants to use nude content to purchase it themselves and make sure to get proper 2257 docs.

I seriously doubt ClickCash will be sending out 50,000+ chathost ids to 150,000+ webmasters. Just use the non nude content it works just as good IMO.

If you really want to know. Our studio was setup so the girls and couples could come in any day or time they wanted. The hosts got their checks mailed directly to them and the only cut we got from any of their work was the 1% (reality 2%) refferal that ifriends pays out for reffering in hosts. The hosts paid us hourly equipment and room rental when they worked and that was it. If they wished to start working from home or somewhere else they could, our studio was for the type that either did not wish to work from home due to privacy reasons, or for those that enjoyed having such high speed connections when such connections were very expensive. We were fully covered as far as independant contractor vs. employee relationship goes.
As for why would it be any different for other cam sites in CA, honestly we never used any other camsites. So I am unsure as to how much they controlled the content, set forced pricing, and other elements the state was interested in. Then again maybe most of the other cam sites at the time were off the radar in CA, who knows.

That was just an honest question. As you are aware a lot of BS gets spread around here in regards to income. If you will be in Vegas then yes I will take what you say as true if you show. Hell we can even meet up and talk shit if you like.

I know to be paid the 1% on chathost referrals you need to be an Active Chathost. So if you started a main chathost account that you used and referred everyone you signed up to that and then you stopped working on that name, you would be become inactive. That's how it was explained to me, and since you said you still get money every now and then, you must have went too long with out a check to become "inactive".

They controlled the content a lot, like what you cant do because of legal reasons. The price setting, to my knowledge was only a min and they worked around this issue years back by allowing a few free shows. Since then they have added Fanclubs, (first money free) where chathost give free shows, so even though there may be a min price for private, there are several other aspects that allow for free, which would seem to take care of that problem.

Sounds good. I would like that. Sorry to be a little defensive. I know they are a lot of idiots on here that post they make a ton of money but they always trip up and give themselves away. I have honestly never lied on here about anything muchless stats and the only reason I even mention it is to add credibility to myself and ClickCash.

That's how it was explained to me, and since you said you still get money every now and then, you must have went too long with out a check to become "inactive".

The refferal at the time was for anyone and you did not need to be an active chathost or even a host at all, this has now changed of course.
The recieving money every now and then was in regards to my clickcash account. I was also doing heavy promotion back then and some of the pages still get sales on occassion.
As for controlling the content, it went beyond legal reasons. I am not talking about showing bodily fluids, beasty or other types of material. I am talking about where it was displayed, who could take pictures and or record shows and so on.
In regards to pricing, you could always do free shows. So many per day or via fan club shows. For quite awhile you could not opt out of gold members who got a 50% discount for buying a one time membership from them that the hosts got no part of. VIP discounts that they implemented, fan club discounts that your competition could set for your shows and several other problematic pricing issues.

I'm a little out of the loop these days with ifriends. I actually started my adult career as a model back in 99, was easy to make money when there were only a handfull of guys on. But, since it was not something I enjoyed doing I did it long enough to finance my first couple memberships then I focused all my efforts on advertising. Up untill about 2 years ago I was still managing some girls and helping out others who were working on ifriends but since then I don't have a lot of knowledge on the changes over there other then what I see from advertising them.
