Options for Canadians to set up European Companies?

With Paycom's EU solution right around the corner, I'd like to know if anyone has any information about setting up EU companies, who can do it and costs involved? Any Canadian's done this or in the process of doing this?

Hi WarChild... yea, - know of several now who have done this. For Canadians this is no big deal. You can elect to have, say, a UK non-resident company which is on the cheaper side and can be formed online or another jurisdiction for the purposes of processing is Gibraltar (similar setup - ie non-resident corp).

For some info on UK corp formation, check out:

http://www.jordans.co.uk

For Gibraltar info, check:

http://www.offshoregibraltar.com

(Both companies behind these websites are stable as hell)

So if I understand you the UK company is cheaper? Neither would be required to pay taxes in their respective countries or is that just true for Gibralter? The Jordans link doesn't work, site just down?

UK Companies are really the cheapest. if you want to found a Ltd. this will cost about 200-800$ depending on the services you need.
i know also someone who can set up a company in the Czech Republik for you.
if you are inteested pm me or hit me up on icq - i can give you contact details.
also setting up a spain S.L. is not that difficult.
