2257 and Hot linked POTDs
I have a site that only hot links pictures of the day.
The pictures are not posted on my server. They are posted and controlled by the sponsors. Is my site exempt since I am delivering traffic to the sponsors posted picture? The site is: http://www.heartbreaklinks.com A serious answer would be apprciated... and don't tell me to see a lawyer. There are lots of affiliates doing this... and I just want your opinion. |

Youre the one presenting the images in your site. If you want to keep doing it and be exempt then your sponsor needs to have non nude or non sexually explicit image for you to hotlink. Im not a lawyer, just going by what I heard from a lawyer yesterday. |
