you may want to go to ups.com. i think they have a list of places where they will not deliver to (if this is what you're looking for exactly).

I'm speaking specifically in terms of "explicit material" restricted ship zones. Conservative parts of the country like Alabama and Kansas. I don't believe UPS would keep such a list.

correct....i believe alabama, georgia, texas and utah are places you want to stay away from. i'm sure there are more, but i can't remember them off the top of my head.
