Domain / Overture question

Let's say you enter a term in Overture's keyword tool, and notice halfway down the suggestions, one term made up of three words. Let's say it had 500 searches last month.

You could register that exact term .com for the regular reg price ($8-10)....would you value the domain as being worth something only based on the Overture searches?

ie. let's say the term "word1 word2 word3" gets 500 searches, would you register word1word2word3.com ?

it really depends on the domain

use common sense

and use the words in right order, right plural / singular form etc, overture doesnt do that always

f.e overture says

xxx teen picture - 433 serarches

and I wouldnt pay 2 cents for a domain xxxteenpicture.com

However I'm just wondering here, if taking an available .com name that shows 500-2000 searches in Overture's tool is worth anything (his post says you should check for the .com in the tool, but thats empty on these terms im looking at)...I know real buyers will not care about overture, but maybe some others do ?

First I would check some other databases to see if word1 word2 word3 is what actually gets searched for as opposed to say word2 word1 word3... Overture lumps all combinations in the one line... Then, if it fit into my current SE strategy, I would buy it... Whether or not it would hold any value to anyone else though is hard to say. It depends on why you're looking to buy it really.. I'm not sure I understand everything you may be trying to ask...
