the last pr was either earlier this month or the end of last month (i cant remember).
have no idea when the next one is happening.

Google is doing it quarterly now. Look for one in mid-July.

Google SERPs just updated, things are still fluctuating a bit now and some sites were showing old PR for a while... PR and SERPs don't generally update at the first time, so keep working on your site and keep an eye on it and you should see some progress.
