It's amazing how people jump on everything the government or experts throw out. I don't pay attention to any of the dire warnings, including the "skin cancer from the sun" bullshit. no shit! Dairy is the latest fad - people actually believe that drinking shitloads of milk and eating pounds of cheese will help you lose weight!

Red meat was supposed to be the killer. Now it's proven that moderate consumption is beneficial. You need some fats! Low-fat diets are a shotgun approach; you need to reduce certain kinds of fats, but definately not all.
